- こそめつけ【古染(め)付け】〔清代の新渡り染め付けに対して， 古渡りの染め付けの意〕中国明末期に景徳鎮の民窯(ミンヨウ)で産出された染め付け磁器。 中国で雑器として生産されたものと， 日本からの注文品とがある。 器胎は厚く粗雑で， 虫食いと俗称される釉(ウワグスリ)の剥落(ハクラク)などが見られる。 古拙な絵に飄逸みがあり， 茶道で好まれた。 古染め。
